cr333 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

To register and use cr333, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Providing false eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of cr333.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, including cr333's own self-exclusion programme.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) cr333 account only. Registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. cr333 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings associated with them.

• You must provide a valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This number will serve as your login identifier.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. cr333 may request proof of identity, address, or payment method at any time.
• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times. cr333 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including any unauthorised access resulting from failure to keep your credentials secure.

cr333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) from any player at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction. cr333 complies with industry-standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

All deposits to your cr333 account must be made using payment methods accepted by cr333 and in accordance with the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit for standard accounts.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change and the current list is displayed on the cashier page.
• All deposited funds must be used for gameplay before any withdrawal can be processed. Depositing funds without the intention to play constitutes misuse of the platform.
• cr333 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions. cr333 aims to process all valid withdrawal requests promptly, with most bKash and Nagad withdrawals completing within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. cr333 reserves the right to set maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated to affected players.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless cr333 determines otherwise in its sole discretion.
• cr333 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or confirmation of bonus wagering requirement compliance.

All bonuses and promotions offered by cr333 are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between bonus-specific terms and these General Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail. The following conditions apply to all cr333 bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to eligible players who have completed registration and, where applicable, met minimum deposit requirements.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the relevant bonus offer page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.

All games and betting markets available on cr333 are subject to individual game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general conditions apply across all game types:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cr333 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Depositing or using funds sourced from criminal activity, or using cr333 for any money laundering activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with cr333 support.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.

cr333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct rules set out in Clause 6.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested by cr333.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure under responsible gaming provisions.

cr333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
